1 Day giraffe center and Elephant orphanage tour in Kenya

This tour can start anywhere in Nairobi. You shall be picked up, and you will be driven to the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage Center. Upon arrival, normally before 11am, the keeper shall walk you through the center.  You shall be amazed by what you shall see. You will observe baby elephants moving out of the wild to come and greet their keepers, who stand with bottles of milk. The keepers feed the young Elephants with milk. After feeding, you will see the young elephants disappear again back into the wild. Later, 2-3-year-old elephants will come out of the bush with the intention of having breakfast. Some of these elephants know how to feed themselves. At the center, you shall learn about some of the reasons that lead to rescuing some of the elephants to the center. The keeper shall be in a position to inform you about how the Elephants have been able to withstand their trials and how they are now better off than before. Literally, you can ask any question about elephants, and you shall surely receive good responses. Later, you shall drive to the Giraffe Centre. The Giraffe Centre was opened in 1979, and it has managed to rescue and resettle over 500 giraffes.  During the visit to the giraffe center, you shall be in a position to feed these rare Rothschild giraffes. You will learn about the different activities carried out at the center, and during the visit, it is always advised to ask any questions because you shall surely receive great responses. After a wonderful conservation tour, you shall drive back to your drop-off point to mark the end of this amazing tour.
