Itinerary

Day 1Nairobi – Tsavo East National park.

This wonderful tour starts and ends in Nairobi however we are always open to your suggestions- should you require us to start from anywhere, we can always adjust to include your needs. Tsavo East National Park is situated 233km from Nairobi. Early in the morning, our kind and knowledgeable tour guide shall meet you and later transfer you to Tsavo East national park. You shall arrive around lunchtime, check in your lodge, have lunch, and later drive to the park for an afternoon game drive. Tsavo East National park is blessed with several species of wildlife which include  East Africa hedgehog, East African red squirrel, Lion, Impala, small-spotted genet, bat-eared fox, hartebeest, vervet monkeys, blue duiker, caracal, baboon, aardwolf, Cape buffalo, cheetah, side-striped jackal, mongoose, spotted hyena, African hunting dog, Elands. The center of attraction is normally the red-dusk elephants which are always seen wallowing through the blue waters of river Galana. Later, you shall retreat to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2Full day game drive Tsavo West National park.

Early in the morning after breakfast, you shall drive to the Tsavo West National park for a full day game drive. There is so much wildlife that inhabits within the park which includes the nocturnal porcupine, crocodiles, Mongoose, buffaloes, cheetahs, leopards, lions, giraffes, zebras and others. The Ngulia sanctuary which is located within the park nurses and breeds black Rhinos which were close to extinction as a result of rampant poaching. You shall have a wonderful full day game drive through this park. Later in the evening after the game drive, you shall transfer to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 3Transfer from Tsavo West National park to Amboseli National park.

After breakfast, you shall transfer to Amboseli national park arriving at lunchtime. You shall be ushered to your lodge for relaxation and lunch. Later on, you will drive to the park for an afternoon game drive. Amboseli offers scenic backdrop images of Mount Kilimanjaro and the park is famous for free-ranging elephants, it is only in this park that you can come so close to an Elephant in Kenya. After the game drive, you shall drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4Full day game drive at Amboseli National park

You shall do a full day game drive at Amboseli National park where you shall stand a chance of viewing several species of wildlife that inhabit within the park which include Lions, Elephants, cheetah, Masai Giraffe, Grant’s zebra, Cape Buffalo, blue wildebeest and others. The full day game drive is divided into 3 sessions: the morning game drive, mid-afternoon game drive, and afternoon game drive. All the game drive shall offer unique experiences that are next to none. Amboseli national park features an observation hill where you can stand and have clear views of the park’s ecosystem. Evening hours are great for a clear backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Later after the game drive, you shall drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5Amboseli National park – Nairobi

Early in the morning after breakfast, you shall drive back to Nairobi to mark the end of this wonderful safari however if you feel like you still want more adventure, other national parks can be added to this itinerary as per your wish.
